IMPORTANT!

  • Your athlete(s) will not be placed on a roster until you have paid at least 50% of the registration fee.

  • If you wish to pay via Zelle our address in Zelle is zellevenicevikings@gmail.com.

  • If you wish to pay with cash, need help registering, and/or need to pick up required paperwork, please come to the field between Noon and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22. If you are registering after that date and wish to pay with cash, please email venicevikingsregistrar@gmail.com.

  • If you have an unpaid balance from last season, your athlete(s) will not be placed on a roster(s) until your 2025 balance and at least 50% of your 2026 fees are paid. Everyone with a balance from 2025 has received an email from venicevikingsregistrar@gmail.com.

  • Although you will select a team(s) for your athlete(s) during the registration process, the Athletic Director or Cheer Director will make the final determination on the team(s) that your athlete(s) will be rostered on.

  • If you select a payment plan, the second payment will be automatically charged to your card TWO months after your first payment. Your balance must be paid in full by Friday, June 19, or your athlete(s) will be removed from the roster(s).

Sunday, March 22 - Noon -3:00 p.m. at the field upstairs (returning athletes)
Tuesday, March 24 - 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at the field upstairs (returning athletes)
Thursday, March 26 - 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at the field upstairs (returning athletes)
Sunday, March 29 - Noon -3:00 p.m. at the field upstairs (everyone)
Tuesday, March 31 - 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at the field upstairs (everyone)

All required paperwork must be turned in by Thursday, April 23. If you need more time to get physical, you can turn it in as late as Tuesday, June 2. If there are spots open after that date and you are able to register, we will work with you on a deadline.

STEP 3:

PHOTO

  • Email photo of athlete(s) to venicevikingsregistrar@gmail.com by Thursday, April 23.
  • Photo must be a headshot from the neck up
  • No hat or headband
  • No glasses unless the athlete(s) wear them during games/competitions

STEP 4:
Report Card

  • End of school year 2025-2026 report cards must be emailed to gradesforvenice@yahoo.com by Friday, June 19, or your athlete(s) will be removed from the roster(s).
  • The report card(s) must show all grades for all four quarters.
  • If your athlete(s) attended more than one school during the 2025-2026 school year, you will need to email the final report card from all schools attended during that time period to gradesforvenice@yahoo.com.
  • Please do not wait until summer break to speak to your school or confirm that you have access to your school's portal!

DEADLINES:

Fall Season Practices Start
Monday, July 13 - Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays - 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (dates and times are tentative)
