SEASON AT A GLANCE

PROGRAMS:

  • 6U Flag Football – $150
    • Ages 5 & 6 as of July 1, 2026 
  • 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U & 13U Tackle Football* – $350
    • Ages 7 - 13 as of July 1, 2026
  • Jr. Vikings Sideline Cheer – $150
    • Ages 3, 4 & 5 as of July 1, 2026 
  • 5 - 14-Year-Old Sideline & Competitive Cheer – $350
    • Ages 5 - 14 as of July 1, 2026

    *Depending on enrollment, an additional team may be added

    DISCOUNTS & FEES:

    • Sibling Discounts:
      • 3rd child $300,
      • 4th and more children $275
    • A 50% deposit MUST be given at the time of registration to guarantee a spot
    • There is a volunteer opt-out option availalable during the registration process. If you chose to pay the $100 fee, you will not be required to meet the volunteer requirement this season.
    • Card payments will incur a 3.45% processing fee
    • The online registration system charges a $.30 fee per transaction
    • You can pay outside of the system with cash or via Zelle
    • Payment plans are available

    COMMITMENT:

      • Summer Conditioning
        • June 2 through June 25 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. This is optional, free, and open to the public. We highly recommend that all athletes attend!
    • Required
      • Practice - 
        • Week of July 20th - Monday through Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
        • Weeks of July 27th & August 3rd - Monday through Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
        • Starting the week of August 10 - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
        • Practice days and times are subject to change due to bad weather.

    SEASON SUMMARY:

    • Football:
      • Football games start in late August and playoffs start mid to late October.
      • Teams who advance will go to Regional Playoffs the weekend before Thanksgiving (exact Florida location TBD – may require an overnight stay).
      • Teams that advance after Regionals will go to the National Championships in early December in Virginia Beach (during the school week).
    • Cheer:
      • Cheerleaders will cheer at all home and away games as well as Conference playoff games (exception - away games are optional for Jr. Vikings age 3 , 4 & 5).
      • The local AYF/AYC Suncoast Cheer Competition will be held in the fall (date and location TBD - may require an overnight stay).
      • Teams that place will advance to the AYC Southeast Region Cheer Competition the weekend before Thanksgiving (exact Florida location TBD – may require an overnight stay).
      • Teams that place at Regionals will advance to the National Cheer Competition Wednesday - Sunday in early December in Kissimmee (will likely include a 2-night stay and is during the school week).
        o      In addition to the AYF cheer competitions above, our competitive cheer teams will also have the option to perform at RockStar Cheer Competitions. Dates TBD.


    WHAT DO I NEED TO PURCHASE:

    • Football: Athlete is responsible for cleats, mouthpiece, and practice jersey
    • Cheer: Athlete is responsible for gameday shoes and competition shoes (Jr. Vikings do not need competition shoes)

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS/DEADLINES:

    1. Original birth certificate & a clear copy (New athletes only) – Due within 1 week of signing up here
    2. AYF Forms - CLICK HEREDue within 1 week of signing up here
    3. Physical - Signed by physician within 2026 - Due within 1 week of signing up here
    4. Final report card of 2025-2026 school year showing all 4 quarters. This must be emailed to gradesforvenice@yahoo.com -Due within 1 week of signing up here
    5. Any outstanding balance - Due within 1 week of signing up here


    If the deadlines you are given are not met, your athlete(s) will be removed from the roster(s).

    THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS

    VOLUNTEERING:

    A parent/guardian from each family will be required to volunteer at least TWO hours at ONE home game. Once we receive the fall game schedule, we will distribute a list of volunteer sign up opportunities for each home game. Opportunities will include, ticket booth, Spirit Shop, concessions,  trash detail, etc. If you wish to opt out of this requirement, please pay the $100 volunteer opt out fee when you register.

    FUNDRAISING:

    The registration fee covers your athlete through the regular season. In order to keep your costs as low as possible, we do a lot of fundraising to cover post-season costs for Regional and National playoff/championship football and cheer competitions. Fundraising is not optional.
